Shipping Policy :

When you receive your order please check over the package and note any inconsistencies on the shippers waybill. Report any damages as soon as you can.

Return Policy :

1. We process orders immediately upon receipt. However, if you call prior shipping we will accept cancellation at no charge.
2. If you receive a shipment, and within three days of receipt, you can return it at your expense with a 20% restocking charge.
   
* After three days returns cannot be accepted.
3. A refused shipment is treated the same as a return as per item 2.

The information we want from the customer is :
Name, Address, Billing information, Phone/Fax, Phone # and email.

Please allow 10 days for delivery on your Giclee Reproductions.
